What we collect
- From Discord and GitHub when you sign in: your user ID, username, display name, avatar and email address.
- What you give us: support tickets in the Kyvex Discord, reviews and your profile name.
- Orders: what you bought, the amount, and the Stripe payment ID and receipt link. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them.
- Security and activity: sign-in times, signed-in devices (browser and IP address) and an activity log of actions on your account.
- On your device: your browser stores your sign-in session and a few preferences. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To run your account, downloads, payments and support.
- To message you about your support tickets, payments and products, including by Discord DM.
- To keep the site secure and stop abuse.
- To give staff the access they need to help you.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
What is public
Reviews you post show your display name and avatar. Everything else in your account is private to you and Kyvex staff.
How long we keep it
We keep your account data while your account is open. Payment records are kept as long as needed for tax and accounting. When you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal data except what we must keep by law.
Your choices
- See and change your profile, linked accounts and signed-in devices in your account settings.
- Ask us for a copy of your data, or for your account to be deleted.
- Sign out of any device at any time.
Children
Kyvex is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you think a child under 13 has an account, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
