Who we are
Kyvex Development ("Kyvex", "we", "us") is run by an individual in Pennsylvania, United States. These terms apply to kyvexdev.com, your Kyvex account and products you get from us. By using any of them, you agree to these terms.
Your account
- You sign in with Discord or GitHub and must link a Discord account.
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age to use Discord where you live.
- Keep your sign-in accounts secure. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms, abuse other people, or try to get around payments or security.
Products and licenses
When you buy or are given a Kyvex product, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it on the servers, communities or projects you run. The product stays the property of Kyvex.
- You may change the files for your own use.
- You may not resell, share, leak, re-upload or redistribute any product or a modified version of it, free or paid.
- You may not remove credits or license checks, or claim the work as your own.
If you break these rules, we can revoke your access to the product and its updates without a refund.
Payments
Prices are in US dollars. Checkout is run by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record for each purchase: it adds any sales tax or VAT at checkout, takes the payment and sends your receipt. We never see your card details. Refunds follow our Refund Policy. Opening a chargeback instead of contacting us may lead to your account and licenses being suspended.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, harass people, upload malware, scrape or overload the site, or try to access data that is not yours. Do not use Kyvex products to cheat, steal data or harm players.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post (reviews and ticket messages). You give us permission to store and show it as needed to run the site, for example showing your review on a product page. Reviews must be honest and about your own experience.
No warranty
Products and the site are provided "as is". We work hard to make things reliable, but we do not promise they will be error-free or work with every setup, game update or third-party resource.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Kyvex is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost data, lost revenue or server downtime. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product involved.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and big changes are announced in the Discord. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.
