Refund Policy

Digital products

Because products are digital files you can keep once downloaded, purchases are final once a product has been downloaded.

The exception: if a product does not work as described and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time after you report it, you can get a refund. Your access to the product is removed when it is refunded.

Stripe, which runs checkout as the merchant of record, may also refund a purchase directly, for example where the consumer law where you live gives you a cancellation period. Those rights always apply.

How to ask

Open a ticket in the Kyvex Discord, or email [email protected]. Include what you bought and what went wrong. We reply as quickly as we can.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the card or payment method you paid with, through Stripe. It can take 5 to 10 business days to show on your statement.

Chargebacks

Please talk to us before opening a chargeback. Chargebacks for products you received may lead to your licenses and account being suspended.
